A prescription for Divine Reality: Matthew 11:28-30. “Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for yourselves. For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.”
Perfect words for a perfect prescription. Like most prescriptions you have to take it internally. This prescription will be absorbed in all your living particles. As you discover the lifeforce in these words they will also provide transformation. As in any prescription, it should not be corrupted. It is free of cost. It will stand on its own, you are seeking knowledge in God.
There are many preachers who think that if they scream a multiple of biblical passages in a short span of time, and speak over you, “shazam” all your problems will disappear. That is not faith, that’s insanity. Just suppose you went to a doctor and he prescribed a wheelbarrow full of prescriptions for you to take to the druggist, you surely should notice that this will be more harm than good. Or, how about, if the doctor speaks over your illness and says to you “this will suffice”. Most of the time anyone would be suspicious of this doctor. Then why do you let some lunatic preacher act the same way!
These words from the Savior are all that you need, and he knew it over two thousand years ago when he prescribed it for you, these words are from Divine Reality, nothing can be greater. You can’t add to it or take any of it away. . . . . . . . Read this twice a day for the first week, then once a day for six months, . . . . . . . then you will have memorized it!
